The Model
The model is simple, as the service provider you'll be responsible for providing customer service and technical support to your subscribers while Xila Telecom backs you up with Tier 4 technical support and assistance with escalating issues to the carrier. Xila Telecom is also there to assist with your branding needs, including our Wireless Supersite, brochure design & printing, plus much more.
Your Rates our Plans
We offers our partners a set of bundled plans on each network, each plan includes a set amount or unlimited talk, text, web (DATA), and MMS. As a private label partner you'll have the ability to create your own rates based on our plans. Your rates or plans can contain custom names, descriptions, commitment terms, and of course pricing. Althogh all Xila Telecom services are offer to our partners on a month to month basis, you as the service provider may choose to offer your customers contract and non-contract plans, our back office makes this possible.
Integrated Billing
Xila Telecom's XACC system is not your average "dealer protal". Our developers have surpassed simple and expected features such as real-time activations. The XACC system is also capable of handling all your billing needs, from invoices to prepaid PIN's. See below for a short list of tools and features XACC offers to help you operate your private label wireless phone business.
- Payment Module
In XACC, each of yours customers has their own account balance. If your wireless plan is sold at $50 and you utilize XACC's "Tax & Fee Module" (see below) the customers balance each month would consist of $50 plus the taxes and fee's you've implemented. When you post a payment to the customers account it will deduct from their balance. Once the customers balance reaches zero XACC will automatically replenish (add another month of service) to their service on the plans expiration date. If the customer failed to pay and the balance was above zero on the customers expiration day the wireless line would automatically be suspended until sufficent payment is posted.
- Tax & Fee Module
XACC allows you to setup taxes and fee's for your customers. These additional charges can be targeted at all of your customers or only customers residing in the state of your choice, allowing for the collection of local sales tax.
- Recurring Billing Tool
A integrated part of the payments module "Bill Now", the recurring billing tool allows our partners to setup their own merchant account in XACC and automatically bill their customers on a monthly basis. XACC supports Authorize.Net, FirstData, and SecurePay payment gateways.
- PIN Manager Module
The PIN manager allows our partners that wish to operate a prepaid wireless (DSL or VoIP) service to generate PIN numbers which it can then sell to it's dealers and customers. Each PIN contains a dollar amount value (choosen by the partner), and like cash or credit card payments can be used to post payments with the Payment Module. XACC is capable of generating up to 10,000 PIN's in 60 seconds or less. Atfer generation, PIN's can be managed from the PIN Manager or exported in CSV format.
Handset Modification
Xila Telecom can makes small but significant software changes to handsets you purchase directly from us. Our services include phone unlocking (obtaining the MSL/SPC), custom carrier modification (change the name on the handset screen from the carriers to your brand), and custom background home screen images designed for your brand.
